Subversive Sponges by FRED!

Posted by on

Working with Fred is a such a dream I never would've even dared to dream--check out these AMAZING set of Subversive sponges they created! My mind is completely blown. They're one of my very favorite brands, they make the coolest stuff! The quality of these are SO nice, of course, because Fred is the best! Margaret Atwood on Twitter

Subversive stitcher Pauline Winick presented this modified version of our Fuck Aunt Lydia design to THE Margaret Atwood at an event! Pauline was disappointed she didn't get a photo of Ms. Atwood with the piece, but she left without opening it. I was looking around Twitter the other day (I'm terrible at keeping up with it) and saw that Ms. Atwood herself had posted this! WOW!! If you haven't seen Ann Dowd's portrayal of Aunt Lydia on Hulu's brilliant adaptation of The Handmaid's Tale, she's deliciously despicable.
