INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TOO HIGH? We're still working out the kinks - email us, we can probably fix it!
SHIPPING TO UK? OMG, we love you guys, but those new postal rules are just so TOO very!! Temporary solution--let Etsy deal with all the VAT stuff automatically. Shop our Etsy site and if you want things not on there, we'll create a private listing and ship it to you. That's our workaround for now.
Here's how shipping works:
You will receive shipping confirmation by email when your order goes out, including tracking numbers.
If you're placing an international order and the shipping cost seems crazy, don't give up. It may be a bug in the machine. Contact us.
If you ordered PDF patterns, they will be delivered from our PDF server, Getsy. Don't see 'em? Check your spam folder. Still don't see 'em? Double check the email address you used to order. STILL don't see 'em? Email Julie with your order number. Got 'em? Back them up! If you lose them, you'll have to purchase them again.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE 2021:
1. First Class within US:
Leaves here (Dallas) within 2-3 business days
Takes a few days to get to you if you're in the US; if you need it faster, please add Priority Mail shipping.
2. Priority Mail within US:
We do our best to ship these orders first--within 24-48 hours max
Usually arrives in 2-3 business days.
3. International shipping: (anything outside the US - yes, you too, Canada)
These orders ship like our regular orders, in a day or two at most.
Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.
International Priority is a faster option, though it can be pricey.
For international orders of our signature frames, we only ship Priority because we've lost too many of them when we used first class. Here's a little more info to help you decide whether it's worth it to wait for first class or pay for Priority.

Paypal users: Please check the shipping address that Paypal has on record for you. That's the address we'll ship to, so making sure it's right will save a lot of heartache. We get too many packages returned to us because Paypal has an outdated address on file.
We do everything in our power to see that you get your goodies in time, but you have to fill us in on the details. We're here to help! Special request? Gift card message? We'll be glad to do that. Just let us know!
It is very important to us that you're pleased with your order and the service you receive. Without you, we'd be stuck in office jobs we hate, so you can imagine how much you are appreciated around here! We are at your service.
* Details continued from above for international customers: If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. Sorry, we lose so much money due to this issue that we have had to put this policy in place.
PLEASE NOTE: We accept returns within 30 days only if items are in perfect salable condition; for returns on orders over $100, we charge a 15% restocking fee which will be taken off your return amount.
