Subversive stitcher Pauline Winick presented this modified version of our Fuck Aunt Lydia design to THE Margaret Atwood at an event! Pauline was disappointed she didn't get a photo of Ms. Atwood with the piece, but she left without opening it. I was looking around Twitter the other day (I'm terrible at keeping up with it) and saw that Ms. Atwood herself had posted this! WOW!! If you haven't seen Ann Dowd's portrayal of Aunt Lydia on Hulu's brilliant adaptation of The Handmaid's Tale, she's deliciously despicable.

Last year, HotelTonight ran an ad campaign with several cross stitch pieces in hoops that everyone loved! I couldn't believe these pieces were created by a very talented graphic artist in San Francisco, I've never seen anyone do this so well - and I've sure seen a lot of people try.
