See the sample image of how you can use the optional moonbeam sequins. Knots, which, if you got sequins to avoid french knots is probably not your choice (ha); you can sew them on with thread (I used two strands here but you could use one); or just glue them on! The interesting thing is, as you can see, the sequins are indeed moonbeam neutral (not yellow) but they will pick up on the color of thread you use. So you could do this in a number of ways.
