SHIPPING SCHEDULE: updated 07-14-08

OH BOY, I had a secret little sale for my newsletter subscribers and word traveled fast! So we're playing catch-up again and are slightly behind schedule. Thanks for your patience.

As always: if you need it faster, add Priority Mail, then send me a note if you need it by a certain date. Please remember, I can't read your mind -- don't get mad if your order doesn't arrive in a few short days, that's just not how we work. Each of our kits is hand-assembled by caring human beings who are dancing as fast as they can, I assure you.

OUR GENERAL SHIPPING TIMES (when things are "normal"):

We ship as soon as possible, but sometimes it's pretty insane around here. Priority Mail orders always ship first (usually within 2-3 days), so IF you're in a rush, please add the Priority Mail upgrade when placing your order.

After that, orders are shipped according to the date they were received. Regular orders include first class shipping. International orders are also handled in this manner. We try to ship within a 5-7 day time frame, but it can take up to 10 business days. Or 12. *(always check this page for an update - it's faster than everyone writing to me at once and waiting for a personal reply.)

SUPER IMPORTANT: please CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS that Paypal has on record for you. That's the address I'll ship to, so making sure it's right will save a lot of heartache. We get so many packages returned to us just because Paypal has an outdated address for you.

USPS first class mail shipping is included in all orders; you also have the following options on each order page:
For US Priority Mail, add $4.60 to your total.
For shipping outside the US, add $5.00.

Use the buttons provided on individual kit pages to add shipping; you only need to add one per order (i.e. 1 shipping fee for total order).

If you're in a TIZZY, email me for FedEx rates; or I can use your account number. I can also ship UPS (but please don't make me use that awful DHL. Ick.)

If you're buying a frame, please remember to add the shipping fee. Those suckers are heavy and fragile and I gotta pack 'em right to get 'em there! Shipping frames overseas? Please email me for a cost estimate first.

I do everything in my power to see that you get your goodies in time, but you have to fill me in on the details. I'm here to help! Special request? Gift card message? Gift wrap? Yeah, we do that. But please remember, we are an indie business and it all takes time!

It is very important to me that you're pleased with your order and especially with the service you receive from us. Please don't hesitate to let me know how we're doing and where we can improve. Without you, I'd be stuck in an office job somewhere, so you can imagine how much you are appreciated around here!
